Since 2017 Corporate360 team has been committed to providing rural youth (ages 9-20) with a drug and alcohol free environment to foster their leadership abilities, broaden their horizons through hands-on training and guide them to becoming mature young adults. For such young aged children, we focus on how to make them good team players first – engage them to play sports and have fun. We encourage them to work out on their own and provide professional training periodically to get better at both sports and their future career. Vulnerable Youth: Employment and Job Training Programs The employment levels for youth under age 25 have declined markedly in recent years. Certain young people in particular—including those from low-income families, school-college dropouts, rural youth, and other at-risk populations—face barriers to completing school-college education and entering the workforce. Since 2017, C360 training programs have sought to connect these youth to education and employment pathways. These programs provide a range of services and supports to youth. Some of the programs concentrate on specific job trades and/or serve targeted at-risk populations. They include Digital skill development classes, Skill based learning programs & Military job training, which includes a Youth Opportunity Scholarship program.
